Bagged Products:

All Rainbow Woodchips bagged products are delivered within 7 working days from date of order. The products will be delivered by a company courier service that will unload the consignment .Our couriers are not obliged to carry the products for any long distance.  Please assist us in helping you by providing a convenient place to unload.

Rainbow woodchips can also offer a next day and timed delivery so if you require the products urgently please call 01749 841728 and we will arrange for that.

Bagged Delivery costs are £2.50 per order so if you order 4 bags or 14 it’s the same cost for delivery.

All of our costs are for delivery in the UK mainland if you require them outside of this area please call.

We are obliged to make the following surcharges

Grampians (Scotland)  £15.00
Scottish Highlands        £20.00
Isle of Wight                   £15.00

Bulk Bags - Landscape, Play Area, Landscape Bark & Equestrian:

All pallet deliveries will arrive within 7 days of order .If you require next day or timed deliveries please call .01749 841728 (as extra costs will be incurred)

All deliveries are made between 8.00am and 6.00pm

 Pallet deliveries arrive via 7.5/17 ton lorry, so good access is required!

The pallet(s) are unloaded via a tail lift on the rear of the lorry and a pallet trolley which the driver will operate to maneuver the pallet around. The pallet trolley can only maneuver on solid surfaces such as concrete or tarmac .The pallet trolley has very small wheels and can't be pulled across gravel or other loose materials, up slopes or curbs. If you place an order which you suspect may cause delivery problems please phone 01749 841728 to discuss delivery options as any problems with unloading will be charged to the customer.

 Access permitting and wherever possible the driver will endeavor to place the consignments as close to your property as is possible
